Shocking! Save yourself from harassment

My partner called to enquire to rent a van. She was greeted by Michelle on the telephone. Michelle was very condescending, rude and abrupt. Making my partner nervous to ring back with a question. On my visit to the reception I was greeted by Michelle who was to be fair strict and seemed to enjoy being in charge of the customers movements and speech like she's in the military. Not warm and welcoming at all! She told me that after 6:30pm the main office door would be closed and to drop the keys though the letter box. I took the van back at 6:20pm and could get no where near the letter box as gates closed. So my advice is not to go after 6pm as she's giving contradicting information. This is more then likely for he own self of steam building and to make herself feel good because others have wasted their time. I called up the following day because I found £9 had been charged to my bank account. Michele said that the tank was not full even though I filled up the fuel tank and had a receipt.
