FRAUDS who Try to Scam You

FRAUDS! DO NOT HIRE! This is a big scam. Charged me for 2.9 tog high density 9mm underlay. On the day, I checked the model on the underlay rolls on the Internet. They were trying to pass off the cheapest 2.3 tog bad underlay while charging me for the one I requested as a requirement. Secondly, replacement of the parts of the gripper requested was promised. The 2 men who arrived loudly refused. I asked a second time; and still refused with a lot of verbal haranguing; I asked a third time, and lots of haranguing ensued. Left my place all ripped up. I had to tell them to get out and find a new honest and courteous vendor. We are now suing to get the deposit back.
